What is Scalp Micro Pigmentation & Microblading?

To look beautiful is a human desire. It enhances self-esteem, confidence, social admiration, and social acceptance. Busy schedules, stressful lifestyles, hormonal changes, ageing, and certain medical conditions cause problems such as hair loss and thinning of eyebrows. This leads to cosmetic issues, which can lower the confidence and self-esteem of an individual. To overcome these challenges, semi-permanent makeover techniques are becoming more popular. Scalp Micropigmentation and Microblading.

Scalp micropigmentation is a non-invasive, semi-permanent makeover treatment for individuals who have experienced hair loss. It is also called cosmetic tattooing and is done using a digital machine instead of a manual blade. It uses micro and nanoneedles to create strokes. The pigment penetrates the skin in a much deeper (dermis) layer to a depth of 1mm. The results last for up to 3 years, longer than microblading.

Microblading is a non-invasive and easy way to reconstruct your sparse brows or shape them according to the structure of your face to look more beautiful. A device with tiny needles known as a microblading pen creates soft and light hair-like strokes or cuts in your skin. A coloured pigment which is soft and subtle is then deposited into the top layer of the skin. The pigment is temporary and fades over time; it does not stay permanently like a tattoo. The effects of microblading stay for up to one to three years.
